Cancellation policy
After confirmation, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the following conditions:
- Less than 60 days before the event: CHF 100 administrative fee
- Less than 15 days before the event: 25% of the quote
- Less than 7 days before the event: 50% of the quote
- Less than 2 days before the event: 100% of the quote
